NAI Ruhl Commercial Company, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today that the company ranked No. 1 in the Commercial MLS with more than $99 million in total sales volume for 2019.

The total sales and leasing volume of $99,052,750 includes listings and sales from the Quad Cities Area Realtor Association, Realtor Association of Northwestern Illinois, and East Central Iowa Association of Realtors.
In sharing other 2019 results, Ruhl said the company sold 291 properties as either the listing or selling agent. In addition, NAI Ruhl Commercial Company listed 576 new properties for sale or lease.
In addition to commercial sales and leasing, NAI Ruhl Property Management boasted a strong year with the total square feet of 1,962,403.
NAI Ruhl Commercial Company, with offices in Davenport, Iowa, and Galena, Ill., ended the year with 19 commercial agents and 16 staff members.
In a regional forecast, Ruhl said he expects 2020 to be another solid year with good growth for the Quad-Cities market. “We are continuing to see very strong activity in the first quarter of 2020 and anticipate another solid year.”
