Quad Cities (April 30, 2025) – More than 200 people attended the tenth annual Market Report Event hosted by NAI Ruhl Commercial Company on April 29, 2025, at the Rhythm City Casino in Davenport, Iowa.
In a new format this year, the program began with NAI Ruhl Commercial Company President Chris Beason discussing local real estate trends and the current activity for each segment of the commercial real estate market. Then, he encouraged attendees to visit the sector stations—Industrial, Retail, Office, Land & Farm, and Property Management—in order to have more one-on-one engagement between attendees and brokers, and to provide attendees with practical, actionable insights for more personalized information. Additionally, for targeted inquiries on insurance and power, there were stations included to address those key industry topics.
