Rick Schaefer captured the Top Sales award for the Fourth Quarter of 2019, with the highest dollar volume of closed transactions from October to December 2019 at $8.4 million in closed volume.
Jeff Heuer earned recognition as our Top Listing Agent with $2.9 million in new listings. The quality and potential sales volume of listings are considered when determining the top listing agent.
Bonnie Voelkers, Chief Financial Officer, is the recipient of the Employee of the Quarter Award in recognition of continuing to do a wonderful job as our CFO while showing great strength as a leader of this company.
