Quad Cities (March 6, 2025) – NAI Ruhl Commercial Company announced today that Lenny Turelli joined the firm as a Senior Commercial Broker & Development Consultant.

He joins NAI Ruhl Commercial Company from Rainier Real Estate Partners in Chicago. Lenny has been in the commercial real estate industry for 38 years. He is skilled in negotiating, real estate development, brokerage and strategic planning. His most recent roles include tenant representation and mentoring brokers at Avison Young and Rainier. He has been involved with tenant representation transactions throughout the country as well as redevelopment deals in both Illinois and Wisconsin. He has earned various awards and nominations throughout his career for both brokerage and development including Chicago, Broker of the Year and Development awards throughout Lake County.
