- Represents seller/landlord clients and buyer/tenant clients with site analysis, contract negotiations, zoning and building code regulations, construction costs and methods as well as finance.
- Works with clients on a local, national and world-wide basis as a single point of contact through one of NAI Global's 6,000 professionals and more than 375 offices in 44 countries throughout the world.
- 7 years as a licensed real estate broker/salesperson (licensed in Iowa and Illinois).
- 20+ years in commercial finance and banking specializing in commercial real estate finance and government guaranteed lending to small to medium sized businesses.
- Former Commercial Loan Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration responsible for approving SBA loans to small businesses.
