Scope of Service Experience

  • Manages over 1,500,000 square feet of office, retail, industrial and multi-family facilities within a 150 mile radius

Background & Experience

  • Joined NAI Ruhl Commercial Company as an Office Manager in 1986
  • Transitioned towards Commercial Property Management in 1991, working closely with the development side of the company
  • Licensed Broker in Iowa and Illinois

  • State of Iowa's CPM Candidate of the Year Award in 2002, 2003 and 2006
  • Achieved the prestigious award of NAI Ruhl Commercial Company's Associate of the Year in 1999 & 2003
  • Listed as one of the Midwest Real Estate News Women in Real Estate - 2006 and 2014
  • 2006 and 2012 Memorial Christian Church Volunteer of the Year Award
  • Awared NAI Ruhl Commercial Company's Shining Star Award in 2015

  • Serving as a City of Bettendorf's Planning and Zoning Commissioner since 2012
  • Appointed to City of Bettendorf's Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee in 2014
  • Served as 2005-2007, and 2011-2012 Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee for Memorial Christian Church. Currently serving as Chairman of the MCC's Strategy Team along with being a member of the Endowment Committee
  • Current member of the Skip-A-Long Day Care Center's Building and Grounds Committee
  • Served as the Ambassador's Chairman for the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce during the transition from individual city chambers to a unified chamber and continues to serve as an Ambassador.
