With the addition of Bass Street Landing and
the recent development of the John Deere
Commons, Downtown Moline is attracting more
and more companies to the downtown area each
year. Class A office space as well as new
construction office space offer rents from
$12/psf on the low end to $17.50/psf on the
high end. Class B office space ranges from
$7 to $11 per square foot.
Part of Bass Street Landing includes the
River Station which offers 41,753 square feet
of mixed use retail and office space. It is
the second largest office building and
features a brick and glass exterior spanning
three floors. The largest office building
located in Downtown Moline is the Caxton
Block II which contains 28,927 square feet of
space located on two floors and is being
renovated to Class A office space.
