Living in Downtown Moline
Living in a downtown district is like no other. Residents are in the center of everything and have many services right at their fingertips. Having people living downtown forces retailers downtown to meet the needs of the residents.
The biggest project to date for the residential area in Moline is the Old Moline High School Lofts which will add approximately 60 rental units in the downtown area. Phase III of Bass Street Landing will include around 40 unique townhouses and condominiums located west of 17th Street facing the Mississippi River. Brownstone rowhouses are also in the works to be built with condominiums along the riverfront.
